Most free-sample issues come down to media format, size, or browser support. Try the checks below first.
Before you export
- Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image no larger than 10 MB.
- Use an MP4 or WebM recording no longer than 60 seconds or larger than 100 MB.
- Confirm you own the media or have permission to use it.
- Keep each copy field within the character count shown in the studio.
Video and destination guidance
The free browser sample downloads as a silent 1080×1920 vertical MP4 or WebM, depending on the format your browser can record. If video export is unavailable, use image sources to export the carousel ZIP.
Preview the finished file in its destination: in-app controls can cover text near the top or bottom, and a 9:16 PNG may be cropped when used in an Instagram feed carousel. ReelParcel does not certify publishing or acceptance on any platform.
For reference, TikTok’s In-Feed ad specifications and Meta’s Reels ad guidance describe paid surfaces and safe zones; those are advertising references, not organic publishing guarantees. Instagram’s Reel size guidance is the relevant destination reference.
Your device draft and batches
Press “Save media + draft on this device” in the Studio to save the current files, three edited variants, screenshot-specific copy, selected variant, and ownership confirmation. Open “Save or repeat a batch” to keep a named copy you can duplicate for another week; duplicating uses the last saved version, so save recent edits first. Batch packs contain three watermarked outputs plus captions and a manifest. The free browser flow does not upload source files. Browser clearing, private browsing, or storage limits may remove saved work or prevent saving. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving. “Forget saved media + draft” removes only the current draft; the data deletion page in the same browser clears the draft and named batches together. The optional local MCP/helper opens its own browser profile under your home directory. Saved work in your everyday browser will not appear there. Review all three variants and save a named batch in the helper browser before asking your agent to reuse its media on a later run. To erase that helper profile, run node reelparcel-free-export.mjs --profile-location for its exact path, close its browser, and delete the directory.
Adding new files or reusing a saved batch for new drafts requires a fresh ownership confirmation and claim review.
