Device workspace

Clearing this device's Studio work removes saved source media, named batches, draft copy, screenshot-specific copy, and template choices from this browser. It does not remove original files from your device or data saved to a signed-in account. If you also used the optional local agent helper, its browser is separate: run node reelparcel-free-export.mjs --profile-location for its exact path, close that browser, and delete the profile directory to erase its saved Studio work. Clearing this page in your everyday browser does not clear the helper's profile.

Account data

If account features are active and you are signed in, an account deletion control also appears above. Account deletion waits for the request to remove the account's private Storage files before deleting the Auth account. If Storage cleanup fails, the request fails before the Auth account is deleted; retry from the same account. The account-deletion response does not report a pending-media state.

Saved app and hosted media

If you delete a saved app through the API or an MCP client, its workspace is removed immediately. The response includes mediaCleanupPending: when it is true, stored media remains registered for a later bounded cleanup pass after active renders and signed upload holds clear. The project DELETE returns without waiting for those files to be physically removed. A project with an active render or signed upload hold may instead return a conflict. Renders must finish, fail, or be cancelled; signed upload links must expire. A worker lease expiring allows a retry and does not itself end the render hold. Contact support if a render remains stuck. The API reports cleanup status; this website does not currently provide a saved-app delete button.

Automatic hosted media expiry applies only to media registered after the hosted-media retention policy is active. Explicit saved-app or account deletion also removes the known owned media associated with that deletion, including older media. See the privacy page for the new-media retention periods. Deleting local browser work does not delete account media, and deleting a saved app does not remove original files from your device.
